Can I call UDWD if I do not have my car with me?
No, we are a designated driver for hire service. We will drive just you, your friends, and you home in your Car. If you do not have a vehicle with you, please call a taxi service.

Is there a maximum number of people and/or drops?
State Law requires every passenger have a seat including the driver, so the maximum number of passengers is the amount you can fit in your car… don’t forget to leave space for the driver. UDWD cannot drive any occupants in the follow car.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and cash, of course. We cannot accept personal or company cheques.

Will we drive underage drinkers?
YES! We will pick up underage drivers and take you and your car home safely. We want the roads safe and do not care how old you are. We do not promote underage drinking, but our focus is on getting everyone home safely.

Can we make any stops on the way home?
YES!

What happens if we get pulled over?
Your designated driver is an authorised driver of your vehicle. In the unlikely event they are pulled over, they are responsible for any moving violation incurred.

Can I drop off friends of mine?
Absolutely. We are happy to drop off your friends. The price of the service is based on total kilometres and will be reflected in the combined distance of the trip. You just need to make sure all the drop offs are done before we get to your house, as the car is parked at the last destination.

What if I need to change the time or place of pick up or cancel my Booking?
If you need to make changes to your Booking, we request you do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick up by calling us at 1300 OVER 05. If you cancel a booking less than 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time you will be charge the full cost of the job.
